OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open only to persons residing in the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and representatives of Vazquez Law PLLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements. Vazquez Law PLLC reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

 

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The giveaway begins upon posting of the official giveaway post on Instagram and TikTok (@vazquezlawtx and @vazquezlawtx_esp) and concludes following the Grand Prize drawing on June 10, 2026. Drawing dates are as follows:

 

- Jersey Drawing #1: May 11, 2026

- Jersey Drawing #2: June 4, 2026

- Grand Prize Ticket Drawing: June 10, 2026

 

Vazquez Law PLLC reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the giveaway period at its sole discretion with or without notice.

 

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must during the giveaway period:

 

1. Follow @vazquezlawtx on Instagram or TikTok or @vazquezlawtx_esp on TikTok

2. Like the official giveaway post

3. Comment either "VAZQUEZ WINS" or "VAZQUEZ GANA" along with the flag emoji of the FIFA World Cup 2026 team they are supporting and tag 3 different accounts in the same comment.

 

Each comment that satisfies all requirements of step 3 constitutes one entry. Unlimited entries are allowed provided each comment independently satisfies all entry requirements. Comments that do not conform to all entry requirements may not be counted. Vazquez Law PLLC reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether any comment qualifies as a valid entry.

 

Additional Chances to Win:

Participants may enter by following the above-listed requirements on all three accounts over both platforms. Participants who submit conforming comments on multiple platforms will increase their overall odds of winning. Each platform is treated as a separate entry pool for final drawing purposes.

 

Entries generated by bots, scripts, or automated means are void. Mass entries or entries through third party services are not permitted and will be disqualified. Vazquez Law PLLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes in its sole discretion has attempted to manipulate or game the entry process.

 

5. PRIZES

 

Jersey Prizes (2):

Each jersey prize consists of one official replica jersey of a federation participating in the FIFA World Cup 2026 with an approximate retail value of $100 USD. The winner may select any officially available replica jersey of a federation participating in the FIFA World Cup 2026 at the time of fulfillment. Jersey will be shipped directly to the winners from the manufacturer or retailer. Winners must provide a valid United States address. Vazquez Law PLLC is not responsible for shipping delays, manufacturer errors, or jersey availability. Prize is subject to availability. If the selected jersey is unavailable, winner may select an available alternative of equal or lesser value.

 

Grand Prize:

Two (2) tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2026 match between Saudi Arabia and Cape Verde scheduled for June 26, 2026 in Houston, Texas. The specific seat location and ticket delivery details will be communicated to the winner prior to or on June 10, 2026 to the extent possible, but are subject to change based on availability and scheduling. Tickets may not be together. Transfer of tickets is subject to FIFA and venue policies and permissions and will only be done through the official FIFA website. In the event that World Cup tickets cannot be provided for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability, FIFA transfer restrictions, theft, technical error, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Vazquez Law PLLC, Vazquez Law PLLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the grand prize with two tickets to a future professional sporting event held in Houston, Texas of comparable or lesser value. Vazquez Law PLLC is not responsible for any fees or costs associated with actual use of the tickets.

 

No Cash Value:

Prizes have no cash value and may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash by the winner except at the sole discretion of Vazquez Law PLLC. All prizes are awarded as-is.

 

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible conforming entries received prior to each respective drawing date. Each of the three accounts promoting the Vazquez Law PLLC 2026 World Cup Giveaway (@vazquezlawtx on Instagram, @vazquezlawtx on TikTok, and @vazquezlawtx_esp on TikTok) will have one participant selected by random drawing, from which a secondary random draw will be conducted to determine the ultimate winner of each draw. Participants who enter across multiple platforms will be eligible for the drawing conducted on each respective platform, with each platform treated as a separate entry pool. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received per platform pool. In the event that the winner does not claim their prize within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected at random from the remaining participants that made it to the secondary draw. Vazquez Law PLLC reserves the right to use any random selection method it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

 

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram (@vazquezlawtx) or TikTok (@vazquezlawtx or @vazquezlawtx_esp) within a reasonable time following each drawing. Winners must respond to the notification within 24 hours of the message being sent. Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected at the sole discretion of Vazquez Law PLLC.

 

Prior to prize fulfillment, winners must:

- Confirm they are actively following @vazquezlawtx on Instagram, @vazquezlawtx on TikTok, or @vazquezlawtx_esp on TikTok

- Verify they are 18 years of age or older

- Provide any additional information reasonably requested by Vazquez Law PLLC for prize fulfillment

 

Failure to satisfy any verification requirement will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. An alternate winner will be selected at the sole discretion of Vazquez Law PLLC. Vazquez Law PLLC reserves the right to require written confirmation of eligibility before awarding any prize.

 

8. DISQUALIFICATION AND DISCRETION

Vazquez Law PLLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any time for any reason in its sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, violation of these terms, or conduct Vazquez Law PLLC deems inappropriate or harmful to the integrity of the giveaway. Entries or comments may be removed or deleted by Vazquez Law PLLC at any time for any reason in its sole discretion. All decisions made by Vazquez Law PLLC regarding eligibility, entry validity, winner selection, and prize fulfillment are final and binding.

 

9. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This giveaway is not sponsored by, affiliated with, administered by, or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, FIFA, any national football federation, or any official World Cup jersey manufacturer or brand. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this giveaway should be directed to Vazquez Law PLLC and not to Instagram, TikTok, FIFA, or any other third party. By entering, all participants release Instagram and TikTok from any and all liability related to this giveaway.

 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Vazquez Law PLLC, its members, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Vazquez Law PLLC is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures or errors of any kind.

 

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

This giveaway and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this giveaway shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. The arbitrator shall be selected at the sole discretion of Vazquez Law PLLC. By entering, participants waive any right to a jury trial or court proceeding and agree to submit to binding arbitration as the sole means of dispute resolution. Arbitration shall be conducted in Harris County, Texas.

 

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Vazquez Law PLLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this giveaway at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion. These terms and conditions may be updated or modified by Vazquez Law PLLC at any time without prior notice. Participation in this giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
